Somatic training sessions open an effective form of learning that provides long lasting results and deep changes in your experience of life. We often focus on a personal issue such as stress management or personal development, a physical condition, a goal you wish to reach or a transition period that requires support. Sessions are one on one meetings that last about an hour, often on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This format allows us to co-create an individual path of learning that is fully customized to your needs.

From session to session you choose the general direction you are most motivated to follow. It is a personal sort of work in which you participate as an active partner focusing on the issues in your life and co-creating new ways to approach them.
We learn together to describe how sensations, emotions and mental states are experienced in your body. Once an experience becomes more accessible to your attention, we can then begin to interact and intervene through the body to bring about the desired change.
